Role & Responsibilities:-
1. As a leader in Corporate Sales team, RSM would be handling a sales book of $5 bn in region through both - hunting- new clients and - farming- existing accounts.
2. RSM would be leading a team of and would need to ensure that team remains inspired and focused on achieving the goal.
3. Would be maintaining strong relationship with CXO's across big enterprise,corporate etc...
4. The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
5. Prior B2B sales experience is required.
6. Must have technology enabled.
Education:-
MBA+ B.Tech from Tier 1 School.
