Regional Sales Manager - Switches/Switchgear & Lighting Products

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITES :

- Manage Team of Managers and Frontline Sales for North and South for Switches, Switchgear and Lighting Products.

- Should have experience of both B2B and B2C

- Strategize to expand the Business though GEO and Channel Expansion.

- Manage Targeted Revenue, Collections, DSO, Promotion and Brand Building.

- Inventory Planning to meet Targets.

- Ensure implementation of Company Policy and Procedures.

- Interactions with Principals is Key

- Travel will be integral Part of the role.
