Regional Sales Manager - Surface & Heavies - Courier Brands
Job Title Regional Sales Manager (RSM) - Surface & Heavies.
Function Sales :
Reporting to Regional Sales Head/V.P - Head Ground Business & Heavies.
1. Purpose :
- To achieve Surface Business & Heavies - revenue targets, driving business acquisitions
- Major Key Accounts & MSME, SOW enhancement from existing customers, new market development expanding company's foot print in the designated geography (including RISE Markets).
2. Key Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
- To identify and acquire new customers, up-selling to existing customer base across the region.
- To effectively manage and drive sales cycle, prospection through to successful closure.
- To build strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
- To drive team, build sustainable and robust prospect pipe line.
- To develop & implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals.
- To prepare and monitor regular reports and conducting monthly meetings with sales team to review performance.
- To analyze market trends and competition activities in region.
- To drive receivable management.
- To support & mentor sales team - managers, driving ROI.
