Regional Sales Manager - South,MLM Industry
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the overall sales targets for the region
- Work with the management to build a business plan, to launch the brand across multiple cities in South
- Constantly explore & develop new leads/markets to accelerate growth
- Build result-oriented team leads across cities to drive MLM member recruitment, training, engagement & sales
- Responsible for training city leads and ensuring MLM members are trained to understand the brand to drive sales
- Collaborate with the brand marketing team to conceptualise & build promotional, marketing, training material as required
- Own & steadily grow the key business metrics for South- Member base, Active base, Engagement metrics, City-wise & Profitability
- Adept in managing profit centre operations with a definite focus to achieve business goals
- Ensuring regular feedback and MIS to track progress on a regular basis
Skill-set Requirement :
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in building & scaling consumer brands using MLM model
- Must have launched brand from scratch & scaled it to a significant revenue run rate
- Previous start-up / entrepreneurial experience will be a plus, but not mandatory
