PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
At Mondelez International, we work together to create brands that people love. You will contribute to this by managing the sales team, sales processes and route to market for your region, identifying and driving strategic market priorities, and developing functional capability in your team which will deliver the Area strategy for your region.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the sales & distribution for the region
- Ensure Mondelez is visible and well represented in customer outlets
- Alignment to Mondelez systems and processes
- Identifying & Driving strategic market priorities and developmental projects in the region
- Managing teams, maintain motivation and contribute to building people capability
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Influencing thought leadership
