Regional Manager (South)

Education - Essential: B.E/ Diploma, Desirable: MBA

Experience - 12- 17 years

Key Expectation-

- To ensure that Trade operation in the region at all times maintain the capability to meet the market requirements.

- To provide resource and support to Area Incharges so that sales / fitment, OD targets and Inventory norms are met as per the business plan.

- To implement company policies within their area of influence and work towards increasing the market share in their area.

- To supervise the working of Main Distributors in terms of

- Investigating in our products and their promotion.

- Maintaining quality sales force exclusively for SPR

- Overdue control.

- Coordination with C&F agent. For execution of order.

- Constantly keep abreast of competitors activities.

- To effectively lead Trade sales team by setting and challenging goals, providing opportunity/ resources to enable their achievement and motivate his sales team.
