Position: Regional Sales Manager
Reporting : Regional Sales Head
Location : Mumbai
Level : L2 ( 15L CTC including 10% QPLC- Quarterly Performance linked Compensation)
Preference for Mumbai based local candidates only.
Candidate Profile :
- 6 to 10 years direct sales experience in Solution Selling.
- Proven experience on sales of Linux and /or other open source technologies.
- Techno commercial resource who understands customer requirements, maps it to solution.
- Ability to connect with CXO and CFO Level for presentation and discussion.
- Make technology related presentation (L2 level) and drive business closures.
- Willingness to travel.
- Specialization in selling Platform, Middleware, VDI, Cloud, Virtualization and PaaS solutions.
- To work as a consultant between the client and pre-sales team.
- To analyse the various business opportunities and work with customers and regional sales team to generate revenue and to deliver the best value proposition to the customers.
- Interaction with clients, understand and response to their due diligence questions.
- Excellent Communicator; leverage technical, business and financial acumen to communicate effectively with the client executives and their respective teams.
