Position : Regional Sales Manager - India & Sri lanka ( software sales)
Location : Mumbai ( Dadar)
Experience : 10 + years Experience in software sales (Should have software sales Experience in Srilanka, South Asia, SAARC ), should have a sound consultative software sales background in BFSI space
Responsibility :
- Identify, qualify and prioritize new and existing software requirements of the greatest revenue & return to company in the above markets in BFSI space.
- Fully understand the relevant vertical industry sector, including market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
- Engage at board level with the clients to fully appreciate and understand customers- business issues challenges and objectives.
- Identify unique value for company addressing the customer's software defined business requirements.
- Document and manage a dynamic territory plan and prospect tracker encapsulating the business requirements and opportunities in both markets.
- Maintain operational excellence on a weekly basis by accurate forecasting and information flow to the senior management.
- Develop a 12 to 24 month term pipeline of well qualified incremental business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed individual yearly balanced revenue targets across the entire company portfolio.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- An energetic, flexible and capable individual, prepared to travel extensively and operate remotely.
- Experience in software sales in the region (South Asia), preferably in Banking Industry.
- Prior experience and demonstrated skill sets across Key/Global account management process.
- Have a sound consultative software sales background in BFSI space, developing and closing business opportunities.
- Have the ability to manage lengthy and complex sales cycles.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ensure accurate reporting skills.
- Be responsive to customers business needs.
- Show experience of working with appropriate business partners.
- Have proven ability to manage new business as well as develop existing business opportunities.
- Exhibit a demonstrable commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term account relationships.
- Excellent written and communication skills, with both customers and company team.
- Demonstrated career stability.
- Positive attitude, creative persistence and entrepreneurial spirit with executive level presentation skills.
