- Accountable for achieving Sales targets for a entire West region through Direct efforts or through assigned relationships (DSA / Of rolls resources).

- Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.

- To assist & train them on various aspects related to selling the SME Loans with various plans/schemes & selling techniques.

- Market the assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.

- Development of distribution channels for provision of the highest level of service

- Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels.

- Manage profitability, Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.

- Mentoring of sub-ordinates.

- To conduct engagement activities in order to retain & motivate Business Associates.

- Developing business through consultative engagement with Sales Managers.

- Design & execute specific plan for customer retention.

- Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service

- Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels

- Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels, Alternate channels, 6)Tele-Sales to achieve the required channel and product mix

- Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels, Tele-Sales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections

- Manage profitability - Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels..

- Develop locations to deliver the optimum throughput and identify new business opportunities.
