Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve regional sales targets for security, fire, automation (IBMS), and networking solutions.
- Prospect for new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on major corporate clients in the hospitality sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including end-users, architects, and consultants.
- Identify customer needs and challenges, effectively communicating your company's solutions as the provider of choice.
Sales & Account Management:
- Lead a team to achieve individual and overall sales targets, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Present and close complex sales opportunities, demonstrating a strong understanding of security, fire, automation, and networking trends.
- Monitor account progress, market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity, providing regular updates.
- Develop and implement strategies to secure sales from top-level management within the hospitality sector.
Industry Expertise & Leadership:
- Possess a thorough understanding of the security, fire, automation, and networking industry, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Lead by example, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
- Demonstrate strong techno-commercial skills, effectively translating technical solutions into customer benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing complex deals from top-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- In-depth knowledge of security, fire, automation (IBMS), and networking solutions, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA in Marketing preferred)
