Regional Sales Manager (West) Auto Channel


- Achieve sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region through the ASM.

- Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region.

- Manage business by monitoring each dealership in terms of viability and profitability.

- Continuously work on identifying new opportunities.

- Search for prospective dealers for required area coverage.

- Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the targets set in the region.

- New business development and managing existing accounts.

- Provide ongoing evaluation of sales performance including tracking sales activities, opportunities, and contracts to increase revenue; improve salesforce efficiency and scale our business effectively.

- Initiate marketing programs/ BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction through the team.

- Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to combat competition.

- Establish best practices and methodologies for forecast accuracy and pipeline management.

- Actively participate in all forecasting activities and maintain a deep understanding of ongoing sales activity in support of sales executives.

- Maintain a full understanding of market pricing requirements, pricing structures and key contract terms.

- Develop price quotes/pricing strategies/pricing policies (in coordination with sales team).

- Suggest creative pricing and payment solutions balancing customer needs and pricing policies.

- Timely Training to Dealers and dealer staff on Sales process, Product & CRM related activities.

- Reporting on Dealer performance, market Shares, Market information, sales forecast, Competitor performance, RTO analysis, Application matrix, Financier matrix and team Productivity.

- Develop reports and analysis on the effectiveness of sales initiatives and rep activities and their impact to market share. Work on identifying efficiencies in specific areas, customer types or product offering to improve sales performance.

- Accountable for customer billing and outstanding

Qualification And Experience :

1. MBA with 12-18 Years of Experience in Channel Sales with a Tyres or Lubricants or Auto Ancillary Organization & Should have experience in Dealership Management, Product Knowledge, Market Intelligence, Competition Tracking, Network development. Age not more than 40.
