Job Description :
- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution and revenue generation of his assigned territory
- The incumbent will need to lead CXO level engagement, with the perspective of business growth
- He /She needs to identify new industry opportunities and create a strategy to monetise the same
- Hire and lead a high performing sales team
- Liaise with cross-functional team : pre-sales, marketing, sales operations, legal, finance, for the smooth functioning of the sales cycle
- He / She should have proven track record of building ground up in a new territory / line of business
- The successful candidate must have a proven track record of over-achievement of quotas
- 7 to 14 years of experience in software / SAAS sales
- Team management experience will be a plus
- Self motivated and agile to work in a highly dynamic and work culture
- Tier 1 MBA is a plus
- Opportunity to create own team and vertical growth
