- Regional Language Proficiency - Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam (Any of 2 are mandatory)

- Age limit should be 35 - 38 yrs max.

- Ensure all Showroom adhere to legal, operational and safety requirements

- Coordinate with Marketing for collaterals, branding and other point of sales material availability.

- Implement visual merchandising strategies

- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans.

- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities,

- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
