Regional Sales Manager - North
Position Summary & Key Objectives :
- Responsible for ensuring that the sales target given for the year is achieved across the stores
- Handling P&L
- Ensure & drive profitability across the region.
- Responsible for ensuring that the store KPIs are maintained
- Evaluation of sites for opening new stores for the purpose of business development in new regions
- Maintaining checklists in store to measure.
- Overall scale up business in the region.
Qualifications and Functional Competencies :
- 5+ years' overall experience preferably as regional manager or in other managerial position
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
