- Develop & execute 5-point agenda for each store in the cluster to drive revenue growth.
- Opex reduction - Rationalization in Manpower, H&S, Power, R&M costs, except OC.
- Ensure Opex (except OC) & sales are planned for maximizing efficiency which reduces risk of new stores.
- Leverage all inputs - marketing, product, space efficiency & operations - to ensure that new & annualized stores achieve their ABP's.
- Store wise weekly targets and tracking of these 3 most critical Ops KPIs.
- Making sure all factor's affecting shrinkage is covered to ensure shrinkage control.
- Explore the possibilities of alternate channels of revenues such as SOH, expansion of retail area and execute the same in coordination with HO team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for ATL/BTL plans and timely execution without diluting the predefined standards.
- Provide product feedback to the category team from the stores & FEC teams for better understanding of customer choices, expectations & the current trends.
- Ensure manpower planning happens as per the seasonal changes and store needs.
- Connect with VM teams to ensure standard look and feel of stores is as per the company guidelines
- Drive processes for the respective regions & increase top line share for the zone by leveraging various efficiency tools.
- Ensure strong Fire & Safely SOP and proper warehouse management in every store.
- Ensure Retail standards and merchandising principles are adhered to in order to achieve exceptional consumer experience.
- Ensure cashiering efficiency at the stores.
- Ensure score card execution and SM walk discipline in the respective clusters along with periodical briefing to SMs.
- Develop a network of counterparts from the industry.
- Network with people from the industry on regular basis to be updated with recent developments and market trends.
- Study and map best practices of competition in the region to analyze new imitative for enhancing operations efficiency and customer delight.
- Ensure store audits are done regularly & mystery shoppers scores analyzed & documented.
- To ensure that stores follow ABFRL guidelines as per the norms shared.
- Strengthen rolling plan activity with accuracy in sales plan by identifying and using relevant marketing, KPI & product intervention.
- Ensure Ops execs are appointed within the system & each store has a balance experienced DM's for front end stability.
- Succession planning and grooming for Store Managers.
- Ensure strong people management, engagement & development for reducing attrition.
- To ensure continuous people management, engagement & development for reducing attrition.
- Identify the weak performing stores and implement strategies to increase sales/performance & Reduce Opex without dilution of store standards.
- Suggest plan of improvement to be given to NROM and execution of the improved plans.
- Provide inputs to the Retail space planning team and NROM for store expansion for the respective geography.
