Team Handling : ARM / ARE

QUALIFICATION - MBA qualification with Experience in Consumer durables / lifestyle /Retail, Apparel, Footwear, Eyewear, Watches..

Role Description:

- Managing the EBO Secondary business of appox.90-100 Crores, Primary business of 70-80 Crores.

- Managing Primary, Secondary and Liability & ROI of 90-100 FR stores.

- Operations Management.

- Expansion of EBO footprint basis feasibility.

- Merchandise planning and forecasting.

- Responsible for Commercial Hygiene across the Company Run and Franchisee Run network.

- Negotiating with stakeholders to reduce fixed operating expenses.

- Retail Communication, Visual Merchandise and Projects.

- Impart training basis training needs identified through mystery audits.

- Initiatives.
