Roles & Responsibilities:
The incumbent would:
- Projecting revenue for the financial year in consultation with National Head - Residential
- Develop Business strategy and download strategy and projections to the team to achieve set goal
- Developing relationships with Builders and brokers at Entity Level to ensure market penetration
- Maintaining cordial relationship within Group Companies
- Planning and implementing Marketing activities, advertising and other visibility programs to drive sales
- Look after collection & receivable management and Profitability.
- International Marketing - responsible for marketing property to NRI's.
- Recruitment of key team members and ensuing optimal team strength and structure so as to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitoring and ensuring optimal productivity per individual and ensuring non-performers are weeded out
- Process improvements and Developments.
- Auditing sales calls to ensure quality management.
- Innovates and creates reward programmes for the sales team to keep them motivated
- Define and execute Training Drill, Content and ensure delivery and also define the audit mechanism
- Corporate Marketing Plan - to tap corporate client for generating bulk deal.
- Develop and maintain relationship for project finance/housing loan tie up/promotional schemes.
- Expansion in certain areas to fuel existing growth
- Risk and Fraud Management
Job Specific Skills:
- Leader with good understanding of Real Estate Business
- Articulate and professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Qualification and Experience:
- The candidate should be an MBA from an institution of repute with minimum 12+ years of experience in Home Loans/ Real Estate with good brands
