Job Role :
1) RPO Platform sales across the respective region
Segment and map the Pan India & global market for success
2) Fine tune the proposition and messaging for the RPO marketplace
3) Build senior level relationships across the management and sales in various industries
4) Develop, nurture and manage a pipeline of opportunities from inception to close
5) Achieve preferred technology status in RPO service users so we become the platform to support their accounts
6) Build on the Taggd brand within the RPO marketplace
Job Requirement :
1) 6+ years enterprise solutions sales experience ideally within Recruitment Technology or HCM
2) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
3) Direct experience with RPO organizations (either having worked for one or sold to this market) or as a minimum demonstrable recruitment market experience
4) Expert knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in recruitment and sourcing
5) A solution mindset and a willingness to ensure your customers and your customer's customers are successful
6) A creative/challenger sales mind to help differentiate in a competitive market
7) A highly motivated and driven character to scale the proposition
8) Experience of working across multiple geographies
