Regional Sales Manager - PVC RESINS & Additives

- Overseeing the regional sales, promotions, and campaigns.

- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.

- Preparing sales budgets and projections.

- Monitor the program on 100+ accounts across the Region/Territory sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets.

- Individual contributor role & Team with in-depth knowledge of products and customer's profile.

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.

- Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate VOC data to superiors.

Qualification And Experience:

1. BE or BSc with an MBA having proven Sales Experience of 15+ Years in PVC resin & additives.

2. Track record of superior performance metrics.

3. Team player - Encourages collaboration and works cohesively with all teams.

4. Excellent negotiation skills.

5. Strong decision-making abilities.

6. Ability to build relationships.

7. Closing skills.

8. Ability to commit to success in sales management.
