Job Specifications:
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales for the region.
- Ensuring that the targets set for designated area are achieved.
- Forecasting sales and setting sales targets for individual representatives.
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Monitoring teams' performance and motivating them to achieve targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Conceptualizing measures to optimize the resource/capacity utilization.
- To target schools and passive candidates quickly and effectively.
- Actively involved in developing marketing campaign
- Building deep and lasting relationships with customers.
- Lead large, complex cross-functional sales initiatives.
- Explore untapped business possibilities and identify potential markets in the region.
- Responsible for increasing the customer base) and follow up with client Post sales to ensure satisfaction and on-going business.
- Plan strategy with Marketing Department to establish branding in local market.
