Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Client Engagement:
- Identify and engage prospective clients to discuss the benefits and applications of our protective packaging products.
- Drive initiatives to generate demand and secure long-term client partnerships.
Key Account Management:
- Cultivate relationships with key customers and dealers in the AP and Telangana region.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.
Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategies to enter new markets within the designated region.
- Utilize marketing tools such as schemes, loyalty programs, and digital marketing apps to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
Product Sales and Marketing:
- Promote both new and existing products for various applications.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to refine marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet monthly sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Customer Requirements Fulfillment:
- Collaborate with internal teams (plant, factory, distribution) to understand and fulfill customer requirements promptly.
- Ensure seamless coordination for timely product dispatch and service delivery.
MIS & Budget Management:
- Maintain MIS for sales data, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Prepare quotations and lead negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Leverage insights to formulate competitive strategies and maintain market leadership.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to optimize territory coverage and achieve sales objectives.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning within the team.
