Looking for Regional Sales Manager- Property Solutions Group for a Leading NBFC

Designation : Regional Sales Manager- Property Solutions Group

Location : Bangalore

- Managing a team of ASMs & BSMs.

- Work on corporate requirements of Commercial & Retail space, Real Estate Investments, sign mandates for residential requirements and assistance in project funding.

- Covering entire Karnataka

- Preparing annual Business-Plan and provide regular updates to Business Head.

- Assist Corporate and HNI to build their Real Estate Investments portfolios

- Suggest clients in Vendors selection of Architects, Interior Contractors, Lawyers, Tax Consultants and Bankers.

- Work with all group companies with regard to the expansions strategies and identification of properties.
