Position Name - Regional Sales Manager - North + East (Projects Business)
Location - Delhi
Qualification - Any Grad + MBA
Number of People Reporting to - 4
Volume of business handled - should be around 80-100cr or more because it is of 2 zone and project business
Industry - Projects
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables (Min 5 need to be filled in decreasing order of importance)
1. Generating leads and enquiries from different segment of the market directly as well as through team
2. Strong follow ups with builders, developers, specifiers, end client, government agencies Able to drive approvals from customers across segments for products as well as brand either directly or through team
3. Appointment of project stockists across North in strategic locations
4. Order Booking and Invoicing as per AOP
5. Able to provide commercial offers to clients
6. Responsible for P&L of B2B Business for North (and if found suitable for East also)
Technical Competencies
1. Electrical or Electronics Engineering mandatory. MBA preferred but not mandatory
2. Expertise on power point presentation for product pitching as well as commercial presentation
3. Knowledge about Dialux / Rilux along with Auto Cad preferred but not mandatory
Behavioural Competencies:
1. Should be able to drive team
2. Should be a go getter and able to deliver results in the shortest possible span
3. Strong in ethics and values
