Regional Sales Manager (Plasticizer)

- Propose region wise sales plans and targets in alignment with business objectives

- Manage region and individual performances

- Report on region-wise sales results

- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

- Setting individual sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the assigned region.

- Identification of new customers to ensure budgeted growth and new business development

- Meeting sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.

- Addressing customer complaints & ensuring timely resolution of the same in defined time.

- Analyzing market trends, discover new opportunities for growth, close eyes on competitor's strategy/activities.

- Maintaining and increasing sales trends with timely collection of payments.

- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.

- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions.

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze the region's market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Address critical problems and suggest prompt solutions

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

- Any other task assigned on time to time based on sales plan.

Qualification And Experience:

1. MBA in Marketing with proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Accounts manager or similar senior sales role in Iindustrial chemicals / specialties, plasticizer, surfactant and coatings are highly preferred

2. Having experience in dealing with distributors/suppliers

3. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators.

4. Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to lead and coach a group of motivated and passionate sales staff.

5. Proven track record and desire to drive business for customer, corporate and personal success.

6. Self-directed, motivated and have a desire to win while developing the business.

7. Fluency with CRM software

8. Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team

9. Excellent communication skills

10. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

11. Handy with MS Office tools
