- My client is one of the leading multinational brand offering wide range of products & services in critical care segment.
- As a part of their growth trajectory in India, they are looking to hire "Regional Sales Manager - West" based out of Mumbai.
Description :
Your responsibilities would include the following:
- Meets personal sales targets as established, incorporating the full range of products/services within identified markets or geography
- Participates in special projects such as major promotions, new product launches, and new marketing initiatives
- Lead, Drive & account for revenue generation from allocated region / territory which may be as big as 4-5 states
- Develop & enhance business relationships of Key Accounts
- Build an educational calendar to support health care professionals, distributors partners; and/or patients
- Supports supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market;
- Independently prepares sales presentations, contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions
Profile :
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in health care industry, work experience in multinational companies preferred
- MBA from Top-tier institute
- Proven people management skills is desired
