Regional Sales Manager - Pharma/Medical Equipment - East

Science Graduates or B Tech/PG Candidates with experience in Pharma or Medical Equipment / Devices with excellent verbal and written communication skills experience in :

- P& L role for Eastern Region

- Thrust on new markets in /tier 2 and 3 cities of Eastern Region

- Accomplished team leading experience, not less than 5 years

- Well versed with direct and distribution or channel sales

- Well versed and experienced in dealing with Critical care products, Surgeons and cath labs, specialist surgeons.

- Ability and having good network and convincing ability.

- Strategizing, forecasting, Planning and executing sales plans

- Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths

- Ability to carve out career paths of the team.
