About our Client - Our client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry. They have operations in over 30 countries and are looking to expand their cardio-diabetic operations in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Develop and implement business strategies for the North region.
- Manage existing customers and develop new ones and manage relationships with Key accounts.
- Develop the market through planning and implementation of sales promotion techniques.
- Drive, manage and develop the ABMs of the region.
- Prepare monthly targets and allocate them to the team members.
- Work pro actively to ensure that deadlines are met and timely reports are given to the NSM.
The Successful Candidate - You have a B.Sc or a B.Pharma with 8-15 years of experience in sales across the Pharmaceutical industry. You have strong interpersonal skills and are highly motivated with a strong customer focus. You are a person with high level of energy, with strong selling skills and the motivation to join an organization and fast-track its operations to the next level.
