- Developing sales and marketing strategies to achieve desired corporate goals through widespread dealer network

- To devise regional AOPs & trade marketing budgets for establishing vision for allocated functions of Operations, Sales

- Looking after sales & distribution planning for outlet coverage, infrastructure planning & costing; formulating market investment plan to ensure optimum utilization of budgets

- Training front line sales force , New Recruits, Distributor & Sales Team on products knowledge & selling skills (classification of outlet & beat plan)
