We are looking for Regional Sales Manager - North
Location : Delhi
Experience : 12 - 18 years
Academic : Graduate plus MBA
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Planning, projection / forecast
- Adherence to company policies and code of ethics
- Designing the growth plan (quarter and annual) of the territory and monitoring.
- Territory expansion plans
- Build a team of highly motivated managers/executives.
- Dealer and Distribution management
- Controlling and monitoring the commercial aspect.
- To run the operations in a defined area as complete profit center
- Target focused & result oriented approach to business.
- Ensure inventory hygiene to minimize damages, at CFA & Distributors & at trade level.
- Constantly working towards increasing distribution and market share
- Develop a healthy relationship among business associates.
- Commercial audits and controls on Budget spends & Sales Operations
- Sales efficiency and cost sales ratio to be maintained.
- Market visit and ensure that everything has to be happen as per the company norms.
- Provide data on Competitor activity
Industry Preference :
- FMCG - Personal care or any leading Food / Snacks
Geographical Exposure :
- Candidate must have worked entire East Region in similar capacity or handled all states under various capacity
Channel Exposure :
- Candidate must have handled General Trade and Modern Trade
Company : A well known Personal care brand having strong presence PAN India and also has presence in International locations.
