- Relevant experience: 8+ years of experience in the sales function of a pharmaceutical / diagnostic organizations
-Select Potential Hospitals / Laboratories / Doctors and Customers
- Target customers like Drs, Pathologists, Technicians, PROs, Purchase officer, CEOs of institutions for better hold over the business
- Develop team through various trainings on brand development and therapy initiatives
- Impart trainings to field teams on scientific updates and brand development priorities
- Educate the field team on diagnostics basket need and competition handling
- Guide teams on customer/market needs identification and its management
- Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
- Manage the profitability of business through priority products as directed by HO
- Should have managed team of 4 People
- Should be less than 38 years age.
