Job description (Must Have - MH / Good to Have - GH)
a. Lead and drive a telecalling based SALES account management team for pan India / Region / City
b. Improve the conversion funnel to make the process efficient
c. Ownership and accountability for Site Visits scheduled and done
d. Develop and lead micro market specific teams
e. Should have managed a min. team size of 20-30 agents & TLs
f. Work closely with Ops Head and Sales Development head to improve the process
Skillsets/ Qualification Required :
1. Strong Business Acumen & Operating experience of managing a large team
2. Experience of managing Tele-operations
3. 3-5 years of experience
