Regional Sales Manager - Mobile Handset

- At least 7 years in Mobile Handset Industry

- Should have a exposure of Entire Desired State

- Should be handling Primary & Secondary sales

- Establishe sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories

- Coordinate with Marketing Team for Product Visibility and BTL in desired State

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price as per company Instructions.

- Complete sales operational requirements by following up on work results

- Appointment of sales staff, selecting, orienting, and training employees

- Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
