We have a Job Opening in our Client Company which is a German Based MNC Company. company is engaged in manufacturing of transmission belts which find its application in Industry and Automotive Sector.

Job Location: Delhi

Experience:

- Minimum 5-7 years in sales and marketing of Industrial product (preferably in Industrial consumables).

- Exprience of sales thru Channel partners and 2 years as Supervisor is important but not essential.

- Preference of candidate with experience from Transmission Belts industry, Industrial Chains, Cutting Tools ,Bearings, Jointing and Packing, Hoses, Welding products, Adhesives or similar product.

Job Description:- Job Profile : Managing a Regional Office - Business Development. (Northern India)

(1) Planing and directing the activities of sales organization ensuring resources are motivated to attain predetermined sales targets for Northern Region covering NCR, Punjab, Haryana, U.P., Uttrakahand,and Rajasthan.

(2) Regularly reporting actual performance to budget, with variance analyses and revised projections. Monitoring the sales, expense and initiating corrective action where required.

(3) Negotiating major deals within policy guidelines, maintaining contact with customers and partners and identifying and steering opportunities for business improvement.

(4) Management and development of channels through sales organization.

(5) Monitoring competitor sales strategies to develop counter strategy to ensure avoid any share loss to competition.

(6) To coordinate and facilitate effective servicing of customers from factory.

(7) Responsible for contract review and amendment of contract / order.Functionally responsible for management and new business generation from new customers and expanding the dealer network efficiently

Key Accounts: Dealers, All Major Corporate End users.

Salary:-Up to 12 Lac(s) Per Annum (No bar for right candidates)
