Regional Sales Manager - Men Sports Shoe & Apparel Industry
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Sales Team and stakeholders of the company as needed.
- Manage entire sales in the geography & maintain good rapport with the dealer & distributors.
- Implement the incentive / discount schemes to enhance the sales number QOQ.
Job Description:
- Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division.
- Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.
- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company.
- Gather information on competitors' activities in the region and act upon it for companies benefit.
- Ensure outstanding overdue as per norms.
- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.
- Coordinate with marketing for new product introduction, pricing and promotions and quality.
- Drive & implement strategic initiatives from time to time within Division.
- Enhance the productivity of the team.
- Increase the overall reach in all teams
Candidate Requirement :
Experience: Min. 10 - 15 yrs.
Education: Full Time - Any Graduate / MBA
