About the client: A Japanese base MNC into the manufacturing of body composition analyzers, weighing scales, and other health-related diagnostic tools. The company offers wide range of products for various markets, including healthcare, fitness, and personal care.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

Experience: 8 ~15 Years

- The overall objective of our Regional Sales Manager is to drive the sales in selected market of North through managing the distributors, Approach to customers, Customer service.

- Generate sales leads and opportunities

- Engage prospective targets and move the sales process forward

- Develop services revenue through our Service channel partner

- Build and maintain B2B client relationship with new and existing distributors of our products

- KOL development and initiatives customer building and dealer network

- Responsible for establishing a strong business foothold, P&L accountability, strategy formation, customer satisfaction, and brand building for North, West, South Region of India.

- Plan and budget the sales targets

- Responsible for strengthening the distributor model by appointing new distributors and developing the existing distributor network.

- Ensure speedy solutions to queries and grievances to maximize client and customer satisfaction levels and maintain excellent relations with clients and customers to generate avenues for further business.

- Work closely with the technical and commercial team and create a techno-commercial contract.

- Build and maintain relationships with local relevant Key Opinion Leaders and customers

- Ensure relationships & synergies with local stakeholders

- Contribute to local Voice of Customer and product positioning in the region

- Monitor markets trends and competition
