Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate and expand market share within the medical and surgical devices segment in the South region.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Sales Execution: Directly manage and coach the sales team to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Target Achievement: Set and achieve aggressive sales targets for the region, consistently exceeding performance expectations.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and - competitive landscapes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and procurement specialists.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our medical and surgical device portfolio, including product features, benefits, and clinical applications.
- Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance and develop effective sales plans to achieve targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in medical and surgical device sales, preferably in the South region.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and reimbursement landscape.
- Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to travel extensively within the South region.
