Regional Sales Manager - North/East/North East India


About the Position :


1. The Regional Sales Manager - North India will head the Sales Revenue and Targets for the Northern States (Delhi, NCR, Haryana, Punjab, UK, UP, Rajasthan, HP, J&K) under his control.


2.The Regional Sales Manager will head the Sales Revenue and Targets for the Eastern & North Eastern States (West Bengal, Orissa, Chattisgarh, Jharkand, Bihar, Assam and NE states ) under his control

- Should travel extensively to meet new customers, KOLs in the region and maintain good relationship with them.


- Should have the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of personnel within customers - Heads of Department


- Neonatologist, Paediatrician, Gynaecologist, Purchase and Biomedical engineering. Should have experience in pre tender work till finalization of tender and payment collection for Government Business. Should have a good track record of achieving/exceeding set targets.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory:

- Minimum 20-22 Years of experience in selling Medical Devices

- Age 40-45 years

- Degree in Engineering / Science and MBA

- Languages - English, Hindi & Local language

Desirable: Atleast 3-4 years in Maternal & Infant Care devices (MIC products) selling

Qualification: MBA

Job Purpose:

To achieve set sales target for the Region through different channels, develop workable relationship with customers and decision makers & support in Marketing activities in the Region

Job Profile:

- Forecast Sales and achieving set Sales & Collections Targets

- Handle and create Channels of Sales - Direct, Dealers & Distributors (Appointment, Monitoring & Ensuring their Performance) & Government Business through Tenders

- Increase Geography coverage

- Outstanding achievement in Sales & Collections Targets

- Coordinate with Service Teams for superior After Sales Service Experience

- Providing support to Marketing Team in terms of Competitor Analysis / Information, Customer / User Testimonials, organizing events etc.

- Nurturing and maintaining relationship with Industry KOLs

- Create good rapport with Doctors and other medical staff for promoting the company Products, obtain feedback on existing Products / Services and New Product Development

- Periodic Sales Reports through CRM - Daily, Weekly, Monthly

- Managing a team of minimum 4-5 Sales Executive
