Regional Sales Manager


Job Description:


We are a leading manufacturer in India, established in 1994, dedicated to delivering high-quality engineered products for the infrastructure sector.


With a strong foundation built on innovation, precision, and excellence, we strive to offer reliable and sustainable solutions that power infrastructural progress across the country.

Objective:

To drive sales growth across government and private infrastructure projects in the assigned region by building strong relationships with EPC contractors, government departments, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target key infrastructure projects such as Smart Cities, PWD, NHAI, Railways, etc.

- Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and tendering authorities.

- Pursue vendor registration and approval processes (e.g., GTP, GA, CPRI certifications).

- Generate and convert enquiries into purchase orders with support from internal teams.

- Conduct field visits, site meetings, and technical sales presentations.

- Monitor tender portals and upcoming infrastructure project opportunities in the region.

- Collaborate with Inside Sales, CRM, and Dispatch Teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly forecast and report performance to the Head Office.

- Represent the organization in regional industry events, exhibitions, and forums.

Preferred Skills:

- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in infrastructure, electrical, metal, or industrial product sectors.

- Familiarity with government procurement and tendering processes.

- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation abilities.

- Self-driven and target-oriented, capable of working independently in the field.

- Proficiency in English and the local language of the assigned state.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

- 3 to 6 years of relevant sales experience with a proven track record in target achievement and vendor development.
