Job Role:
- Manage & Drive Business through sales team for Channel Sales
- Responsible for meeting the budgeted sales targets & profitability of the branch.
- Responsible for planning & conducting various demand generation activities in the region.
- Cultivating strong relations with the key accounts/clients for generating leads and developing business.
- Effectively utilizing the BTL budgets to create brand awareness.
- Formulation of various marketing activities including schemes for the branch to increase the channel & consumer base.
- Effective launching of new products
- Providing effective & timely MIS Reports
- Training & Development of the sales force
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Candidates strength should be Channel Sales/ Trade Sales
- Managing Distributors/ Dealers etc
- Age - less than 45 years
- Candidate must have seen similar or Higher revenues
- Candidate must have handled large Teams
- Excellent communication skill
- Analytical trait with good persuasive skill
- Quick learner and team player
