Job Description:
- This role holder will strategize, build operation plans, and execute initiatives in the aftermarket products industry, focusing on lubricants.
- They will leverage deep industry knowledge to drive business growth, optimize operations, and enhance profitability through comprehensive strategies and critical analysis.
Responsibilities to include:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the assigned region to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Create and implement tailored account plans for each key customer, aligning with their business objectives and your company's goals.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and service level agreements with key accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to key accounts.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, including sales volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Lead the resolution of complex customer issues, acting as the primary point of escalation for key accounts.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product development and business strategy
