Core Responsibilities :
- This is a leadership sales role in corporate sales team. Corporate sales team would be the key sales engine of driving sales across 3000+ organizations across the country for all Logistics products
- As a leader in Corporate Sales team, RSM would be handling a sales book of Rs 500 Cr+ in his/ her region through both - hunting- new clients and - farming- existing accounts
- RSM would be leading a team of Cluster Sales Managers (CSM) and would need to ensure that team remains inspired and focused on achieving the desired goal (pipeline management, closures, etc.)
- Given the transformational impact we can create at our clients, RSMs would need to ensure he/she (or CSM) maintains strong relationships with CXOs ( or senior management) at respective clients
- On account of being closest to clients / market, RSMs would be expected to suggest and lead the development of new products
Qualifications :
Education :
- Tier 1 MBA college (IIM, ISB, XLRI, FMS)

Undergraduate from IIT/ Tier-1 engineering colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE) is an advantage
Min 70% marks through out
Years of experience : 6 - 10
Professional attributes :
- Lead a team comprising of very capable professionals
- Manage sales process very tightly (client pipeline management)
- Prior B2B sales experience
- CXO level engagement
Personal attributes :
- We are looking for go-getters, with high drive and ownership who will be able to bring new clients and manage existing client relationships.
- The person should be able to understand client needs and requirements and design a solutions for them.
- This role requires the candidate to build, lead and mentor his/her team.
