Regional Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

RSM - Loan Against Property


1. Responsible for Growth in LAP Book with primary ticket size from Rs 10 Crs to Rs 50 Crs.

2. Sourcing Business through Open market & DSA,

3. Building relationship with high profile customer (primarily Mid Coporate and SME Clients),

4. Monitoring of the portfolio on regular basis.

5. Good Knowledge of LAP Business (primarily high ticket size),

6. Understanding of Balance Sheet and Cash flows as serviceability has to be based on cash flows,

7. Good Client Base,

8. Communication and Relationship Skills

- Working as a regional manager or team leader for originating LAP business for Bank / NBFC. The person should have extensive experience in dealing with large ticket size cases (Rs 10 Crs to Rs 50 Crs).


Experience Range : 5 - 10 years.


- CA / MBA (Finance)
