About our Client - Our client is widely considered as the premium liquor company of choice for high net worth individuals across the globe. With a portfolio of brands that are synonymous with luxury, they are looking to expand their market share in India, and hence are in need to a highly seasoned Regional Sales Manager to supplement their ambitious plans.

Job Description - Reporting to the Nation Head - Sales, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring achievement of sales & trading profit budgets in the assigned state

- Ensuring timely collections and follow credit control norms of the Organizations.

- Managing and motivating the team members.

- Effectively acquiring and managing key high end corporate accounts.

- Identifying key markets in terms of contribution to sales and demand growth.

- Able to Analise sales budget w.r.t expenses, revenue, profitability, net contribution, inventory, credit terms etc.

- Is acquainted with the relevant legal and taxation regimes and other compliance issues. .

The Successful Candidate - You will have a MBA from a tier 1 business school with around 6 years of experience, in the liquor industry. In addition to this, you should have prior experience in acquiring and managing high end corporate clients. You will have an established network of HNIs. You will have a keen knowledge about strategic marketing and an entrepreneurial insight to drive market expansion. Our client is looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional presentation skills.
