Key Deliverables for the role :
- Will be responsible for building the Engineering Segment lending business (focused on SME and Mid Market Corporate Banking Clients) in respective region by acquiring NTB clients as well as managing existing relationship.
- End to end sales delivery of a financing solution.
- Will be responsible for revenue delivery on (fee and Interest Income) through focused efforts around
- New Client Acquisition numbers, volume and profitability.
- Existing Customers Wallet Penetration
- Client Relationship Strength Scores
- Competency Metrics.
- Will be expected to actively participate and contribute towards new product initiatives, market feed back, Industry dynamics etc.
Stakeholders : Extensive engagement with Clients, Credit and Underwriting, Legal, Operations towards timely delivery.
- Preference will be given to Business Development and Relationship professionals from the Business Banking, SME and Mid Market Corporate Banking teams of Pvt Sector or MNC Banks who are focussed on Asset products.
- Experience range of 5-8 years is ideal and this is an excellent opportunity for managing a Regional profile for smart and ambitious Bankers
