Regional Sales Manager- Leasing & Equipment Finance

- Leasing of various assets like IT Equipments, CAR's ,Plant and Machinery , Capital Goods ,Medical Equipments , Infrastructure Equipments.

- End of Lease Management & Receivables Management.

- Marketing ,Corporate Finance-Infrastructure Finance -construction Equipment finance

- Developing, reviewing and reporting on the business development division's strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are understood and executed by the team

- Impacting organisation profitability through strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development

- Formulating systems, processes and procedures to support sustainable growth; introducing sales process and reporting that include integration of a new CRM and performance-based incentive scheme

- Creating custom equipment financing solutions using capital and operating leases, purchase leaseback contracts and loan agreements

- Managing multiple complex client relationships utilizing established programs; delivering business plans to acquire new clients

- Establishing key financing and leasing relationships with large clients in the Communications, Utilities, Retail and Outsourcing Sectors

- Coordinating with supplier for spares for the repair / maintenance of the equipment; maintaining portfolio quality and keep delinquencies under control

- Establishing some efficient tools which help the workshop staff to better utilization of resources and time, thereby contributing in increase of the business

- Building and managing large profit centres / businesses across various product lines and geographies in complex & competitive markets and delivering business results

- Developing strategic plans for market expansion, product development and launches, rolling-out start-up businesses and building new revenue streams Devising and implementing marketing strategies to support new business and remarketing activities of equipment
