- Should have managed LAP in previous role and currently ( High Ticket)

- Should have managed at least a state /geography

- Expertise in Sales, client closures for this Lap.

- Knowledge of Working capital products, financials for discussion with underwriting team

- Responsible for closure of leads/ business given through the Team

- Responsible to achieve book growth through new customer acquisition and meeting revenue targets.

- Responsible for interest income through incremental business, structuring and pricing of deals, portfolio management, fee income and maintaining relationship with clients

- Team management skills with experience of managing at least 5-6-member team

- To ensure health of the portfolio through regular monitoring the accounts in overdue

- Training and handholding of team on Program implementation, documentation and disbursal

- Able to manage entire west region ( Maharashtra and Indore )

- All responsibilities should be performed as per the Company Values and guidelines mentioned in the Company policies, as applicable and within the parameters of Company Code of Conduct

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Experience: Preferably 12+ years

Education : Preferably MBA

Skills & Competencies :

- Expertise in relationships with customers

- Should be a strong people manager

- Experience in team handling
