Job Role & Responsibility

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the retail loan products, specializing in LAP and Micro LAP, within Gujarat State. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model, recruiting high performers, and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.

Responsibilities

Business Development:

- Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies.

- Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team.

Portfolio Management

- Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets.

- Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies.

Strategic Planning

- Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies.

- Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objective.

Client Relationship Management

- Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly.

- Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships.

Team Management

- Lead and manage a team of ASM/SSM/BM/SM/RM.

- Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners.

Market Analysis

- Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends.

- Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services.

Reporting And Compliance

- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the company's CRM.

- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.

Training And Development

- Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance.

Educational qualifications

- Required Candidate Profile Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience Required Candidate should have 10-15 years of prior experience in mortgage sales in NBFC/HFC in Gujarat
