Planning and execution of Company's Sales Targets:
a) Responsible for the Key sales planning and sales monitoring.
b) Directs the selling activities within the Region, attain profitability quotas, inclusive of resource deployment and prioritizes in accordance with corporate objectives.
c) To ensure working capital management and other statutory forms.
d) Sets and attain the vision for the Region and develops and adheres to a business plan.
e) Periodic and proactively explore new business opportunity, reviewing sales / business development/pipeline trends and rate boost.
f) To monitor activates and strategies of competitors and formulate strategies to counter them.
g) To provide periodic and need based reports for MIS. Facilitating Training to Develop the Skills of the internal Sales Team and Sales Partners:
a) Lead the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, and career development.
b) To plan and monitor product and sales Training.

- Developing relationship with Customer and Sales Partners
- Conducting Promotional events and Campaigns
- Budgeting and Expense control
- Value selling and creating technical knowhow.
a) Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teach others how to sell
value to customers by creating better solution to customers and documenting their successes.
b) Smoothly communicating and Implementing Technological know-how within the domain.
c) Working closely with product management team to develop greater value solutions for customers.
d) Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Qualifications:
- 10 - 12 years in Technical Sales and business development
- Requires a B. Tech (Mechanical, Chemical) degree.
- Proficient in delivering exceptional presentations, communicating effectively and confidently with senior- level stakeholders and has a strong focus on external orientation.
