Regional Sales Manager ( North) - IT Solutions Organization
Location : Delhi NCR
Role and Responsibilities :
- Spearhead the entire Sales department i.e. Manage the overall Business Development process of sales
- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms
- Train and mentor new joinee's
- Set up a team of high performing individuals and hone their sales skills
- Respond strategically in customer settings, "listen" and determine client's business needs
- Establish relationships with global, national and local management consulting firms
- Leading and collaborating pre-sales efforts to define technical solutions, assist with Statements of Work and deliver proposals
- Demonstrate sales presentation skills
- Open to travelling for business
Key Skills :
- Should be able to design, develop and implement a Business Development Strategy for local and/or international market
- Adept at account management and relationship building resulting in achieving the revenue target annually
- Should have a customer first approach
- Should demonstrate strong leadership skills and team handling skills. Also, should be able to attract, develop and retain high-performing team members
- Knowledge of IT Services (especially Virtualization Domain) and the ability to articulate the business value of those services
- Establish and expand the Companies brand throughout the business community; to position yourself as a trusted partner and advisor to your clients
- Generate business leads to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
- Should be able to develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline
- Ability to present sales proposals and uncover/resolve any concerns or objections
- Contribute to Group strategies
- Knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information
- Should demonstrate a comprehensive grasp of emerging technologies. Knowledge of technology industry and emerging technologies will be highly appreciable
- Should identify opportunities for revenue generation through application of new technologies.
- An enterprise level sales experience in similar domain
Preferred Educational Qualification & Experience :
- MBA / BE / B. Tech with Min 7+yrs of experience into IT Sales ( Solution Selling)
- Hands on experience into Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales in North India Region
