For a well funded Niche Tech Startup - To be based in Delhi NCR
- Prefer candidates from the Packaging/converters Industry
- Responsible for Channel Partners - and drive sales through them
- Identification, appointment of channel partners
- Team management - of the team that will handle these channels spread in 4 regions
- Channel partners are supposed to identify large and medium sized Pharma, FMCG and large consumer organsations to sell the tech solutions to them
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders,
- Interact with and manage teaming partners for existing relationships, as well as develop potential future partners for upcoming opportunities.
- Exceed established performance goals in support of overall corporate growth and success.
- 10+ years in similar role handling large channel partners and a team
- Team player with ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic business environment
